今回は、バーミンガム出身のバンドSwim Deepのギタリストであり、2018年に来日もしているCardinal Fangとして作品を発表、今月11月3日（水）にはTAWINGSのCony Planktonとのコラボシングル「Like A Fool」をリリースしたばかりのRobert Tawnyが、シングルと同様“Like A Fool“をテーマにプレイリストを制作。プレイリストを流しながら、楽曲のコメントもチェックしてみてくださいね。

Profile

Robert Tawny

バーミンガム出身のバンドSwim Deepのギタリストであり、2018年に来日もしているCardinal Fangとして作品を発表。
モデルとしても2013年より、Hedi SlimaneのSaint Laurent、CELINEなどファッションショーの常連として活躍するRobbie Woodによるソロ・プロジェクト。
ハントロジー、場所の喪失、疎外感などのテーマにしており、7月にアルバム「Tawny Structures」の発表したばかり。
また、ロンドンのBirkbeck大学で中世のロンドンを研究もしている。

I love this odd single, this one is from the legendary Joe Meek. You can hear Geoff’s local dialect in his singing, which is near from where I grew up in Reading so I find it extra amusing.
私はこの変わったシングルが大好きで、これは伝説的なJoe Meekのものです。Geoffの歌には地元の方言が聞こえてきますが、私が育ったReadingに近いので、余計に面白いです。
